My name is Jess, and I am the founder of Sovereign Soul. For over a decade, I have been on a journey of healing and self-discovery. I haven't always been committed to this path—like all of us, I've faced moments where distractions have led me off course. However, through these experiences, I've come to understand that while we may be imperfect as humans, our souls—our spirit—are inherently perfect, indestructible and eternal. This is the essence of who we truly are.

At Sovereign Soul, my mission is to guide you back to your authentic self, helping you weave together the spiritual and human aspects of your being. In our sessions, I create a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself, finally allowing that deep breath you’ve been longing to take in the midst of life’s modern challenges.

I take a holistic approach to well-being, addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of self. Through deeply transformative sessions, I provide and integrate a variety of healing modalities—such as Reiki, Massage, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Breathwork—carefully tailored to your unique needs and intentions. These practices work together to restore your health and well-being, empowering your body’s innate ability to heal itself.
